In the yard

Scan the sticker, see the history.

Print a QR sticker for every unit. A mechanic or operator scans it to open the asset — service history, what's due and who has it — without hunting through a list.

Everything else

Run the fleet like a line item, not a guess.

VIN decode

Type or paste a VIN and Pulse fills in the year, make, model, trim and engine.

Usage logs

Miles or hours, who ran it, what for and on which job.

What it's worth, what's owed

Purchase price, current value, lien holder, payoff and insurance premium per unit.

Repair or replace

Break-even, remaining useful life and downtime cost — saved with the asset, so the decision has a paper trail.

Reports you build

Pick the columns and filters, then export a CSV for the accountant or the insurance renewal.

Alerts before it breaks

Overdue and upcoming service, status changes and job assignments — in the app, by email or in Slack.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Something else? Write to hello@pulse.builders.

What can I track besides trucks?
Vehicles, trailers and equipment — loaders, compactors, saws, anything with a serial number or hour meter.
How do service reminders work?
Each maintenance record can set the next service by date, mileage or hours. The fleet dashboard shows what's overdue and what's coming up, and alerts go to the people who need them.
What are the QR stickers for?
Print a QR label for each unit and stick it on. Anyone with access can scan it to pull up the asset. There's a mirrored version for the inside of a windshield.
